Whisky Melba
4 cl(s) Scotch
3 drop(s) Angostura Bitters
1 piece Ginger
12 cl(s) Ginger Ale
Muddle a small pice of fresh ginger in the glass. Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale. Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.
